Robert Geddes

Chief Executive Officer

Joined the Trust in 1995 and has performed a number of roles throughout his career with the Trust. Started as a Recreational Assistant and Relief Duty Manager at Clickimin before taking up the role as Facility Manager at Whalsay Leisure Centre. A return to Clickimin in the role of Health and Fitness Manager of the Trust was followed by the role of Clickimin Leisure Complex Manager. In 2022, he took up the position of Head of Operations for the Trust and then Acting CEO in April 2023. During his time with the Trust many leisure-related qualifications have been achieved as well as Health & Safety awards and a Level 5 SVQ in Management. Can still be found delivering group fitness classes on a weekly basis.
